We are helping a growing and leading fabricating company in Spring Grove, MN recruit their next generation of Welders and Maintenance Technicians!

Job Purpose: Welder is responsible for assembling pieces of metal together. Their duties include reviewing blue prints, and checking their work when complete.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Reading and understanding blueprints prior to starting a project and during the build process.
Set up parts for welding using hand tools, clamps, jigs, and fixtures.
Welding materials, cutting and grinding and cleaning metal.
Checking finished work to make sure that it falls within the tolerances marked on the blueprints.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to read blueprints.
Knowledge of various welding techniques, including tig, mig and arc.
Knowledge of manual and mechanical welding techniques.
